The products purchased at TRIP or FOU VINTAGE
If you wish to repair or maintain, we can provide paid repairs with our partner repairs.

① We will keep the product from the customer.
→ Please send repair products to the headquarters (please pay for the original payment).
After arriving, we will check the inspection and repair parts of the products received by us.
② Shipping to partner repair companies
→ We will send you the product you have custody to the partner.

③ Progress of repair
→ If you can understand the repair contents, quotation, and delivery date from the customer, please make a payment to the designated account.
After confirming the payment, we will proceed with repair.
* If the repair request is canceled, the product will be returned to your home.
④ Shipping of products
→ When the repair is completed, we will return the product to the customer.
When the product arrives at hand, please check the repair location.
